Today I booked a flight from Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang with Jetstar for tomorrow at 10:40.
After receiving the flight confirmation and itinerary, one hour later I got the following flight delay notice :
So what is the new flight time 16:55 or 10:40?
Customer services assured me it still will be 10:40, so why sent out the message in the first place?
Not very professional. Hope I don’t have to wait another 6:15 hours at the airport tomorrow..
Update: It turned out just the flight number had changed, the flight was still scheduled for 10:40, but took off at 12:15. Not that bad after all.
