According to a survey held in 42 countries/area’s by the Centre for Retail Research, Nottingham, UK, 1.57% of Thailand’s retail sales is lost by shoplifting either by visitors or by own staff.India has the highest rate by far, shoplifting accounting for 2.72% loss.
